Our Covid Procedures
We have undertaken risk-assessments on every property and introduced appropriate measures where required. New cleaning protocols have been introduced and cleaners will work through a new checklist for each and every clean using appropriate cleaning materials.
Guests will be contacted before a stay to ensure they are not experiencing any Covid symptoms and in the event they are appropriate instructions will be given to cancel the stay. NHS QR code track and trace posters will be made available in all of our self-catering property; check in using the NHS Covid 19 app is now optional. Guests will also be contacted towards the end of their stay to ensure they haven’t developed symptoms during their time in the property.
Our office has also undertaken a full Covid risk assessment to ensure we can open securely.
