Like every business in the Hospitality Sector we are very much looking forward to welcoming guests back to our properties – hopefully from 4th July.
The safety of our guests, staff and local community is paramount. Whilst we await final confirmation of Holidays being permitted, our team has been extremely busy making our properties and procedures Covid secure to ensure we can welcome our guests safely.
We have now undertaken risk-assessments on every property and introduced appropriate measures where required. New cleaning protocols have been introduced and cleaners will work through a new checklist for each and every clean using appropriate cleaning materials. Steps will be taken to ensure the risk of Legionnaires disease is also minimised where properties have been empty during the lockdown.
Guests will now be contacted before a stay to ensure they are not experiencing any Covid symptoms and in the event they are appropriate instructions will be given to cancel the stay. Guests will also be contacted towards the end of their stay to ensure they haven’t developed symptoms during their time in the property, guests will also be asked if any maintenance has been noted as we will no longer be undertaking routine minor maintenance whilst guests are in a property.
Our office has also undertaken a full Covid risk assessment to ensure we can open securely – for the time being visits must be strictly by appointment only.
As the situation evolves we will of course continue to keep owners and guest up to date.
