The 4 bedrooms are arranged over the first and second floor. On the first floor there is a king sized bedroom with views towards the water and a single bedroom to the front. The family bathroom is also on the first floor with bath and shower attachment. Up to the second floor there is a large king sized bedroom with far reaching views to the sea and the south downs beyond. this room has an en suite shower room, to the front there is a twin room.
There is parking available for two cars, one on the driveway and one in an allocated parking bay.
Portsmouth is located on the south coast and has a wealth of history and a visit to The Historic Dockyard is a must during your stay. There is fabulous outlet shopping at GunWharf Quays plus a wealth of excellent bars and eateries as well as a cinema and bowling alley.
There are lovely walks located to the rear of the house along the eastern shore and a cycle route to The Thatched House, a popular local pub. The Bombay Bay is a lovely local restaurant with outside seating overlooking the water to Hayling Island.
The promenade along Southsea seafront is a lovely place to visit with beautiful views across the water. The hovercraft across to the Isle of Wight is a fun family day out to visit Osbourne House and the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary.
