Louisa’s Cottage is a cosy and modern 2 bedroom property in the heart of the beautiful Hampshire countryside.
The property has a wonderful and bright open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area with French windows leading onto a private terrace and garden.
There is a large bedroom downstairs with super king bed and an upstairs bedroom with a small double bed and a single bed. The one bathroom contains a shower over the bath.
A Smart TV allows guests to use their own Netflix log-in details to keep you entertained on those horrible rainy days. It goes without saying that guests have use of free Wifi.

Things to note:
The Cottages are set on a working small-holding therefore visitors can expect to see cows, dogs and horses during their stay with us. Please note that all four holiday properties are adjacent/joined to one-another. Each house has its own private patio and garden but the parking is shared. Due to the proximity to one-another and also to our farmhouse, you will be staying next door to children and animals (and sometimes noisy adults!). We are a laid-back farm which very much caters for families so if it is absolute peace and quiet you're after, you may want to look elsewhere!! Quiet hours at the farm are between 9pm and 9am and we ask that you keep noise to an absolute minimum during these times.
Due to our rural location, the wifi and mobile phone signal can sometimes be weak.
A car is absolutely essential if you wish to stay at Downlands Farm.
