Set only minutes from Selsey waterfront this family home is the perfect base for a holiday at the seaside. Selsey offers beautiful walks, Selsey life boat weekend, local shops, restaurants and cafes. With great local amenities you can can base yourself here for the whole week or travel further afield to West Wittering, Arundel and Chichester only twenty minutes away.

Merryfield has excellent parking facilities with a driveway that can easily park up to three cars. There are two bedrooms and can accommodate up to five people. One bedroom is a double and the other twin room includes a double bed and a single.

The comfortable living room is light and airy with the sun pouring through in the morning. Cosy down here in the winter months and watch a movie or two on the good sized flat screen tv. The kitchen dining area is an excellent spot for entertaining with everything you will need to effectively self-cater during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and washing machine.

From the dining area you can open up the patio doors leading out into a good sized courtyard garden perfect for BBQs and a place to enjoy the sunshine with a glass of something fizzy after a long day at the beach!
