Set on the beach front at Middleton On Sea this beautiful home has been stylishly designed to make the most of its fantastic spot. The living area looks out onto the sea as well as the large family garden which is a few paces away from the beach. Upon entering Pirate Haven, you are greeted by a large hallway which leads straight to a ‘games’ area with a pool table and a downstairs fridge freezer a perfect place to relax and have a couple of drinks or even an ice cream!

There are 3 bedrooms downstairs the master bedroom which has a super king bed, a TV with a firestick available for guests to log into their own accounts and watch the channels. There is also a shower room directly opposite. There is a “kids living room” with a sofa and sky TV, leading through the glass doors (original lift doors from Selfridges) to a bunk bedroom with books and games available for guest use. Along the corridor is the 3^rd bedroom with a king size bed and twin beds leading through some more glass doors. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

There is a downstairs utility room with a washer dryer, kettle, and sink.

The heart of the home is on the first floor, with stunning views overlooking the sea. There is a balcony with seating and a gas BBQ, perfect for watching the world go by on a summers evening. Please note, the balcony is not suitable for toddlers as there is an open metal staircase leading to the garden. Too chilly to sit outside? Not to worry there is a cosy swing chair facing the window soaking up the view.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with a Stoves Oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, cafetiere and even a Nutribullet! Everything you could possibly need to self-cater during your stay. The kitchen leads to a large dining room table perfect for family entertaining. The TV in the living comes with Sky.

The garden is the idyllic spot for the whole family to enjoy, there is a swing and slide set and a large decking area with plenty of outdoor seating. Fancy something different? Around the back of the garden there is a ping pong table, why not challenge your family to a game of ping pong?

There is a large drive with plenty of parking and WIFI.
