St Martins is positioned looking straight down the pretty High Street, just meters of the water and opposite The Anchor Bleu which offers lovely food and with the pub garden on the harbour wall. Bosham is the most picturesque village in the area with lovely walks along Chichester Harbour.
Arriving at the property there is parking for two cars on the gravel driveway, the approach to the property is beautiful through the mature and, in the summer, beautifully scented garden. Entering the house through the front door there is a large king bedroom to the front.
