The Osiers Stables, Chichester

Lucky's Stable and Silhouette's Stable are converted stable buildings that are situated on the edge of a meadow in the heart of rural Sussex.

If you want rural tranquillity yet with villages and towns still within easy driving distance then The Osier's Stables are the holiday home for you. The properties are fully equipped with an outside kitchen/fireplace/BBQ and comfortable outdoor sofas. Once you have finished a busy day, why not slip into the hot tub with a glass of bubbly.

The buildings have retained its charm and has been beautifully renovated with an artistic flair, it offers guests a unique experience. This property is advertised as sleeping 10 but it is capable of sleeping 14 as there is a double sofa bed in each lounge which has a privacy partition in the living room. There is also a bluetooth sound system throughout the property.

Each property has a large modern kitchen with a breakfast bar ensures you are able to cook up a storm any time of the year. The kitchen's are well equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. There is also a washing machine in the cupboard within the kitchen and an outdoor rotary washing line. There is an open plan living and dining area allowing lots of space to wind down and relax in. The lounge is equipped with a wide screen smart TV, free wi-fi, a selection of board games and a log burner - with logs provided from the estates own woodland.

In Lucky's Stable there is a ground floor twin or superking bedroom and upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms which have Velux skylight balcony's in each room which is perfect for wildlife watching. There are 2 shower rooms with toilets, including a level threshold wet room on the ground floor and outdoor washing facilities for the pups!

In Silhouette's Stable, there are 2 beautifully decorated double bedrooms which look out onto the meadow. There are 2 shower rooms with toilets, one on each floor and outdoor washing facilities for the pups!

There is sufficient off-road gated parking available on site.
