The Rubbing House & Yew Cottage - Goodwood, Chichester

The house can comfortably accommodated 14 guests over the 6 bedrooms with Master Bedroom with super king zip-link bed, Smart TV/DVD and stunning views south. It also features a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom Two with a double bed offers further stunning views, and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom Five ia a super king and leads into Bedroom Three, with twin beds – a perfect setup for families with ample space for little ones to play. Bedroom Four is a king size; sage green walls and a dark wood bed frame gives a cosy hunting lodge feel. There is also a shared family bathroom between Bedroom Four and Five. The main house sleeps a total of ten guests.

Next to the main house, Yew Cottage is a detached one-bed annexe with its own kitchen, sitting room and en-suite walk-in shower leading from the super king size zip-link bedroom. If required there is a day bed with additional pull-out in the sitting room creating a king size bed when pushed together, increasing capacity to four in the cottage.

The Rubbing House is just a stones throw from Goodwood Racecourse home to Glorious Goodwood and Goodwood Motor Circuit home to the world famous Festival of Speed and Revival. There are beautiful walks in the nearby countryside and wonderful places to eat and drink in Chichester.
