We know what makes each of the hundreds of properties on our books special. If you let your property through us we will tell you if anything needs doing for legal compliance or to improve its desirability and maximise your chance of regular lettings. This quality control is your assurance that we deal with the best, and this in turn attracts the kind of holidaymakers who share our high expectations and standards.
We offer a fully managed service or a booking only service. In both cases we take responsibility for marketing your property, dealing with enquiries and bookings and collecting the deposits and rent. Under the fully managed service we will also arrange the housekeeping (cleaning, laundry), take care of urgent maintenance work and provide an out-of-hours emergency contact service for guests.

We have all the systems and processes in place to manage financial and contractual matters quickly and well, yet we deal with everyone on an individual basis, by phone, email and in person, so we have a reassuring level of contact with the people who will be staying in your property.
You can rest easy knowing your holiday home is in safe hands (with local and responsible people) and earning you a good return without the hassle that comes with managing the letting yourself, either directly or through Airbnb for example. And when you want to spend time in your holiday home yourself, or offer it to family or friends, just let us know and we’ll book out the time. It’s as easy as that.
