This coastal haven boasts two inviting living rooms, a sophisticated dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The ground floor offers a convenient double bedroom, while the first floor hosts an additional five double bedrooms and a charming single room, accommodating a total of 13 guests. Each room is designed for comfort and tranquillity, providing a restful haven after a day of seaside adventures.

Entertainment awaits in the basement, where a sizeable area beckons for gatherings, and a large pool table offers friendly competition. For those seeking relaxation, the swimming pool is a highlight, available for use from April to September, providing a refreshing escape during warmer months. Please note, it is not a heated pool.

Although the fireplace is not in use, the ambience of Eastern Parade is warm and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests to unwind. Parking is a breeze with space for up to three cars on the drive, ensuring convenience for those exploring the surrounding beauty of Southsea.
