Surrounded by beautiful countryside, with scenic walks right on your doorstep, it’s the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the everyday and enjoy some quality time together.

Step inside and you’ll discover a spacious and inviting sitting room, thoughtfully furnished with plenty of comfortable seating. It’s the ideal spot to unwind after a day exploring the local area. Put your feet up, switch on the Smart TV and settle in with a favourite film or series or enjoy the cosy glow of the log burner on cooler evenings.

The dining area is perfect for bringing everyone together with a generous table comfortably seating up to ten guests. Whether you’re enjoying a home cooked meal prepared in the well equipped kitchen or treating yourselves to a takeaway from one of Midhurst’s excellent local restaurants, there’s plenty of room to dine and socialise together.

The kitchen has everything you need for a relaxed self catering stay, including a large range cooker and hob, microwave and dishwasher, DeLonghi bean to cup coffee machine, cafetiere, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. A separate utility room provides a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board, adding extra convenience for longer stays.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find the office that doubles as a fifth bedroom, with a sofa bed offering additional sleeping. A separate WC is located on this floor, too.

Upstairs, the first floor is home to the master suite with a king bed and its own shower room. There are also three further bedrooms, one double, one with a day bed which can be made up and a double upon request and a twin room, providing plenty of space for family and friends, along with a shared family bathroom.

Outside is where Greenlands comes into its own. Set at the very end of a private lane and backing onto woodland and the beautiful South Downs National Park, the property enjoys an exceptional sense of seclusion and peace. With an acre of private grounds to enjoy and the surrounding countryside to explore, it’s a wonderful place to slow down, reconnect with nature and spend time together.
