This absolutely charming listed cottage is hidden away in a quiet lane just to the east of Bognor Regis town centre. The host has done a fantastic job of marrying the old charm you would expect from a cottage of this age with all the modern conveniences you would need for your holiday.
Stepping through the front door into the cosy and beautifully furnished sitting room, there is a smart TV and Wifi so you can snuggle comfortably in the evening after a fun day of exploring the local area. The sitting room leads through to the cottage kitchen with a dining table to seat 4. The host has provided everything you would need to comfortably self cater for your stay including kettle, cafetiere, electric oven and induction hob, fridge with a small freezer, a microwave and toaster. The host has also provided a washer/drier, clothes airer, an iron and ironing board. Through from the kitchen to a little area accessing the garden and onto the bathroom with shower over the bath.
Through the door in the kitchen is the stairs to the first floor. To the front of the house there is a super king room with an original lattice window. To the rear there is a twin room which can be made into a king by request on booking.
To the rear of the house there is a little courtyard garden with table and chairs for four, a perfect spot to sit out and enjoy the last rays of sun in the evening.
Parking for June Cottage is on street and on a first come, first served basis, though it is a quiet lane.
June Cottage would be a real treat for any guest to stay in.
Situated just a short walk to Bognor Regis town centre and the beach, there are a great mix of shops, cafes and restaurants in the town and along the front and Mustards is a great spot to try with a friendly atmosphere and fabulous food. Hotham Park is only moments away, free to visit and a lovely pace to spend an afternoon with a fabulous child friendly cafe.

- Bognor Regis Carnival (July 30th to August 7th) - a week-long celebration of music, dance, and fun-filled activities for all ages.
- Bognor Regis Farmers Market (every Friday) - a great place to find fresh local produce and handmade crafts.
- Arundel Castle (open daily) - a magnificent 11th-century castle and gardens that offer a glimpse into England's rich history.
- Bognor Regis Museum (open daily) - a museum that showcases the history of the town and its surrounding areas.
In addition to these events, Bognor Regis also offers a range of outdoor activities such as water sports, fishing, cycling, and golfing. You can also take a stroll along the stunning promenade and enjoy the sea breeze while watching the sunset.
Chichester is just a short drive to the north and has a mix of high street shopping and lovely independent shops, cafes and restaurants. For the real foodies an evening at Purchases is an absolute must! There are lovely walks around the Roman walls and The Bishops Gardens are free to visit and a tranquil oasis in the middle of town, especially on a hot and sunny day.
The Weald and Downland Museum is just a short drive or bus ride to the north and is home to the famous BBC1 Repair Shop. Goodwood is also very close by and hosts the world famous Festival of Speed and The Revival.
There are direct train and bus routes to Portsmouth in the west and Brighton to the east. Portsmouth is a great day out with The Historic Dockyard and outlet shopping at GunWharf Quays, all the family will be entertained.
