Mews Cottage, Bognor Regis

Mews Cottage is a charming holiday home tucked away on a private lane with off road access to the beach within a moments walk.

On the ground floor of the cottage is a good sized kitchen with built-in electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine. In addition, there is a small utility room and WC.

Through to the living room there is a large dining table with seating for six guests to sit and enjoy what you have whipped up in the kitchen or why not try one of the fantastic food delivery services in the area. The living room area itself has plenty of comfortable seating a large smart TV and player. Wi-fi internet access is also available.

Up to the first floor there are three bedrooms. There is a double bedroom, a room with twin single beds, as well as a bunk bed room. (Please note, the twin single beds are 6 foot beds). There is also a family bathroom on the first floor with a shower over the bath, wash basin and toilet. A travel cot is available at the cottage, as well as a high chair.

Outside, there is a sunny patio area to the front of the cottage with seating so you can sit out in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine after a lovely stroll along the promenade. A wide path, private to the residents of the road, leads directly to the beach and the popular seafront promenade, running all the way from Aldwick to the far end of the village of Felpham to the east. There is also a communal seafront garden lawn, which is private to the residents of the road, guests at the cottage are welcome to use this area.

Parking is available very close to the cottage on the private gravelled road.
