Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms, a master suite with a king size bed and an en suite shower room. There is a further king size room which can be split to a twin upon request at the time of booking. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The garden is a lovely feature of this property with a lovely beach style. The host provides a barbecue for guests to use and there is seating for 6 guests.
There are two allocated parking spaces with access to an EV charger by prior arrangement with the host, there is a charge for this.

The beaches at Bracklesham really are beautiful,l with sand at low tide and gently shelving making it ideal for families. There are a few shops and cafes in the village and the walk to East Wittering village is flat and is a friendly, lively place to visit with a mix of independently run businesses including, butchers, bakers and greengrocers. There are also many independent cafes and restaurants to sample and enjoy. The beautiful Medmerry Nature Reserve is within walking distance.
The nearest main city is Chichester which lies to the north with Goodwood just a short distance, host to The Festival of Speed and The Revival as well as Glorious Goodwood.
The famous Weald and Downland museum where The Repair Shop is filmed is approximately 20 minutes drive from Bracklesham.
For the avid shopper you may want to take a trip along the cost to the west where you will find Gunwharf Quays outlet shopping together with some fantastic bars and restaurants.
