The hosts have also provided a washing machine and iron and ironing board. There is also a ground floor WC.
Upstairs on the first floor there are two beautiful double bedrooms with high quality beds and bedding for a comfortable nights sleep. The shared bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Outside the garden is very pretty and secluded, immediately outside the bifold doors there is decking with a covered seating area.
There is secure parking to the rear for one vehicle. There is further on street parking on a first come, first served basis.
The hosts at Sweetpea Cottage really have gone to every trouble to make sure guests wll be comfortable during their stay.
Nutbourne is set on the Hampshire Sussex border at the foot of the Southdowns National Park and within moments of the stunning Bosham Harbour. Within walking distance you can be on the water at Cobnor, stopping for a drink or a meal at the fabulous Old House at Home. The cottage is also within walking distance of the train station at Nutbourne and the bus service to Portsmouth and Chichester is on the doorstep.
A fabulous day out for all the family is The Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth which is next door to Gunwharf Quays for with outlet shopping, cinema and bowling. Another great place to visit is The Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, home tbb BBC's The Repair Shop. For something different why not book a seal watching trip from Hayling Island or hire kayaks from the marina at Emsworth. There is so much to do you will never find the time in a week!
