The bright first floor living area offers panoramic views across the English Channel, the perfect place to relax and watch the waves. The modern kitchen and dining spaces are well equipped for social meals, while the décor throughout blends coastal elegance with the home’s original period charm.

Accommodation is both flexible and generous. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom with a sea view and one single bedroom, both served by a bathroom with WC. On the ground floor, guests will find an additional double bedroom, a twin room, and a single room. The garden room provides extra versatility, featuring a sofa bed that can be used as a further double bedroom, please note this is a through room leading to the garden.

There is also a further bathroom, a separate WC, and a shower room with WC on this level, ensuring comfort and convenience for larger groups. A practical utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an additional fridge, perfect for longer stays.

A door off the hall leads to the garage, which can accommodate a small car and offers ample space for bikes, surfboards, and wetsuits. The adjoining store room is stocked with garden chairs, games, balls, and buckets and spades, everything needed for a fun filled day by the sea.
