Back into the hallway you will find the completely refitted kitchen which leads through to the informal dining area with plenty of seating for your group and a log fire, making the room incredibly cosy on cooler evenings.
The remodelled kitchen has been sympathetically updated offering every modern amenity while retaining its charm. The hosts have provided everything you will need to comfortably self cater for your stay including an electric Aga together with a modern electric oven and induction hob, bean to cup coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster and microwave.
The utility area houses the washing machine and tumble drier together with the iron and board which guests are welcome to use.

Upstairs to the first floor all bedrooms have been completely updated and themed to to blend with the beautiful surrounding countryside, all beds are luxurious and have high quality bedding. The master suite has a super king bed and an en suite bathroom with a beautiful free standing roll top bath and a separate shower cubicle. There are two further king size rooms and a further twin room, this room can also be set up as another king on request at the time of booking. The remodelled family bathroom has a shower over bath. Alongside the main house sits the charming Dove Cote Lodge, a bijou, self-contained hideaway with a cosy seating area, dining table, shower room.. There is a hidden kitchen with fridge, electric hob, kettle and microwave. To access the bedroom area you scamper up the ladder to the eaves...this space is really only ideal for the more agile in your party!
The gardens are a delight with terraced lawns, secluded seating areas and meandering paths through mature shrubs. A sweeping side lawn features a sweet Wendy House and the private heated swimming pool (open early April to October) sits on the private top lawn to capture the sun throughout the day.
Parking is plentiful with space for three cars comfortably, or up to five with careful parking.
