Church Cottage

Church Cottage is a truly special detached thatched cottage, perfectly positioned in the heart of the pretty village of Bosham. Just moments from Bosham’s beautiful waterfront, guests can step straight out of the front door and explore the village on foot, enjoy a waterside stroll, or settle down for a drink or meal at The Anchor Bleu, just a 30 second walk away. With the harbour, village amenities and local attractions all so close, a car is rarely needed once you arrive.

Stepping into the well equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed self catering stay. Facilities include a L'OR Barista coffee machine, cafetière, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, toaster, fridge freezer and microwave. An iron is also provided for guests.

The kitchen has a dining area with a table and seating for four along with a Smart TV. A small area just off the kitchen leads to a handy WC and provides access to the sunny courtyard.

Through to the sitting room, you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating, the perfect place to curl up and unwind after a day exploring Bosham and the beautiful surrounding countryside. With its cosy atmosphere and abundance of character, it’s an inviting space to relax and enjoy an evening together.

Upstairs, the cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and lovely views towards the harbour, allowing you to wake up to a glimpse of one of Bosham’s most beautiful features.

The second bedroom is a charming twin room, making the cottage ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together. The bedrooms share a shower room/WC and a second, separate WC.

Outside, Church Cottage benefits from a large private driveway with parking for several cars, a real bonus and very rare in such a sought after village location. The mostly walled garden creates a fabulous sun trap with a private patio and outdoor seating providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining, morning coffee or simply enjoying a glass of something in the sunshine.
