The cosy living area overlooks the courtyard and features a large comfortable sofa, armchairs, a Smart TV and a CD and DVD player. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day spent exploring the surrounding countryside or enjoying time on the water.
The dining area also overlooks the courtyard and provides seating for four guests. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay, including an electric cooker and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
Just across the courtyard, guests have access to a communal laundry room, shared exclusively by the four cottages. Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as an additional freezer.
There is plenty more to enjoy throughout the grounds. One of the barns across the courtyard houses a shared games room, complete with a foosball table, table tennis, a small snooker table and a traditional skittle alley. Younger guests can enjoy the lovely outdoor play area at the rear of the grounds, while an accessible shower room is conveniently located next to the laundry.
For those who love spending time on the water, guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks or paddleboards and make use of the private slipway at Cobnor, providing an opportunity to launch onto the water or enjoy a swim at high tide.
