Leaping Lamb - Rowlands Castle

Leaping Lamb is one of two charming shepherd's huts at Drews Farm, thoughtfully positioned in the same field but oriented to provide distinct and private views over different landscapes. This family-run farm, home to sheep, cows, chickens, and expansive arable land, offers an authentic countryside experience.

Conveniently located just off the farmyard and adjacent to the main barn, Leaping Lamb boasts exceptional craftsmanship by the renowned Plankbridge. Every detail has been considered, from the luxurious orthopaedic mattress to the fully plumbed en-suite bathroom. The hut is sustainably powered by solar panels on the main barn, ensuring a comfortable and eco-friendly stay.

Outside, guests can relax around the fire pit, complete with seating to enjoy stunning sunsets and the tranquil farm ambience. The views extend across the valley and up to Stansted Wood, providing a picturesque backdrop for a peaceful retreat.

For those bringing their own equipment, secure storage is available for bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, and more. There are 3 local English pub within walking distance.

For those seeking adventure, electric bikes are available for hire with prior arrangement, and windsurfing and sailing lessons can be organised locally. Paddle boarding is also available on the nearby Chichester Harbour, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
