Entering the property into the kitchen area the property has everything you could need to comfortably self cater for your stay including dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Tassimo coffee maker and iron and ironing board, also in th is area there is a dining table for two. The shower room is on the ground floor.

Through to the sitting area there is a lovely comfortable sofa for two where you can snuggle up and watch the smart TV, or look out over the lovely garden. From this room you have a conservatory the ideal area to sit and read or enjoy your morning coffee. This to the private garden with outdoor seating and a shed. The area of Colworth is great for cycling and walking with the South Downs Way being just a short distance.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with comfortable king size bed and storage.

For a great day out you can easily reach Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or The Weald and Downland, home of BBC's The Repair Shop, both places are great fun for any age group. There is outlet shopping, cinema complex and bowling at GunWharf Quays which you can easily reach by car from Colworth. For something a little different you can book seal watching boat trips from Hayling Island or hire kayaks Bognor sea front.

Access to the races and Goodwood Motor Circuit is really easy from Colworth, making Little Bridges the perfect location for when you are attending The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood or The Revival.
