This charming town house offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to six guests. Upon entering the property, you’ll find a convenient ground-floor shower room, perfect for freshening up after a long day at the beach.

To the rear of the house is a large, well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self catered stay, including a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, double electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining table, located within the kitchen area, comfortably seats eight guests, creating a wonderful social space to gather and enjoy meals together. Beyond the breakfast bar a second sitting area overlooks the garden, offering a relaxing spot to unwind.

The main sitting room is separated from the kitchen by double doors, allowing you to close off the space for a little extra peace and quiet. This inviting room provides ample seating for all guests, along with a Smart TV and DVD player for cosy evenings in.

On the first floor, there are two generously sized double bedrooms, one at the front and one at the rear of the property. The family bathroom is also located on this floor and features a shower over the bath. Up to the second floor you will find the third bedroom with twin beds.

Outside, the property boasts a surprisingly spacious rear garden with both lawned and decked areas. There is plenty of outdoor seating, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. To the front of the house, there is parking for one car with additional parking available in a nearby car park, less than 5 minutes walk (currently charged at £2.80 per day).
