Warner Wood itself is an ideal family escape, comfortably sleeping up to 15 people. With its own games room and heated swimming pool, this property is a perfect retreat for all seasons.

Upon entering the house, you’ll be greeted by a cosy seating area that overlooks the bright front garden, creating a peaceful suntrap perfect for relaxing. As you move through the kitchen, you’ll find the open plan living and dining area, large enough to accommodate everyone. This space features a large TV and a fireplace, making it a great place to unwind after a day of swimming or playing.

A highlight of the property is the fully equipped games room, complete with a snooker table, card table, dartboard, and a record player with a selection of vinyl records to enjoy while playing games. The room also has a TV with a DVD player, keeping the kids entertained.

The property includes a variety of bedrooms to suit different group sizes. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a cheerful colour scheme of blue and pink, along with a desk nook and spacious floor-to-ceiling wardrobes. The second bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, as well as plenty of storage space. Additionally, there’s a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor, next to a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and airer.

At the bottom of the stairs, there’s an office area with a desk and a printer—perfect for anyone needing a quiet space to work.

Upstairs, you’ll find a wonderful nook for children, complete with books and seating to keep them entertained. The first upstairs bedroom is a family room, with a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed that can be set up upon request. The second bedroom is a double room, brightly decorated for a restful night’s sleep, and has a desk/vanity area, ideal for getting ready for the day. In the hallway, there’s a wooden-panelled cupboard for extra hanging space, along with a third bathroom featuring a shower over the bath and a toilet.

The annex offers additional sleeping space, with its own shower room and toilet. The bedroom here features a double bed, a single camp bed, and a sofa bed, which can be set up upon request. The annex also has a small kitchen area with views over the pool and garden.

Outside, the heated swimming pool is the standout feature of the property. Available to use year-round, the pool has a cover that can be opened to enjoy a swim in any season. The outdoor space is perfect for a family barbecue, with plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine and the lovely garden views.
