This beautiful Edwardian home is ideally situated on the Hampshire Sussex border, within walking distance of the picturesque harbour town of Emsworth and the charming countryside village of Westbourne.

The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to self cater with ease, including a six-ring gas hob and oven, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and cafetière. Open plan to the dining area, it offers seating for eight guests, making it ideal for enjoying meals together. If you prefer a night off from cooking, why not order from one of the excellent local restaurants and takeaways in the village!

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for guests to use and are located in the garage. Guests are also welcome to store bicycles or paddleboards here during their stay.

On the first floor, you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with both a separate shower and a bathtub. The two additional bedrooms on this floor also offer comfortable king size beds, these rooms share the family bathroom with shower over the bath.

The second floor is home to a fourth king size bedroom, complete with an en-suite WC and vanity unit, as well as lovely views over the surrounding area.

Outside, the enclosed garden provides a wonderful space to relax and socialise. There is a generous covered seating area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening and making outdoor dining easy and enjoyable throughout your stay.

From the front door you can stroll to the shoreline and take a scenic walk around the Mill Pond or use the little gate at the bottom of the garden to access Brook Meadow to walk through the fields to Westbourne Village.
