Longley House

Longley House is a fantastic house in a wonderful location just a moments walk from the beach and shopping in Emsworth. Stepping into the house there is a large sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating so you can snuggle up after a long day exploring the area and enjoy one of your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Giving this room an extra comforting feel there is a log burner.

The communal areas are large and offer plenty of space to enjoy time all together or separate off into groups to play games or watch the TV. The dining area overlooks the large west facing garden, the hosts have provided a dining table with seating for 8 so all guests can sit together to enjoy what you have whipped up in the well equipped kitchen or treat yourself to a delivery from one of the local takeaways or restaurants.

The kitchen has been designed to offer everything you could need to comfortably self cater for your stay with bean to cup coffee machine, mocha maker, dishwasher, 5-ring electric hob and oven, microwave and toaster. There is also a washing machine in the utility room and a dolly for drying clothes.

Overlooking the garden there is a large conservatory, a lovely peaceful place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a nice glass of something sparkly in the evening. For those needing to work at home while away there is a quiet area with a desk on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find four good sized bedrooms. The master suite has a double bed, sitting area and an en suite bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower cubicle. There are two further double bedrooms and a bunk room which share the family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The gardens are a wonderful feature of this property, large and west facing its very private and a lovely spot to sit out and enjoy the evening sunshine.
