Old Root House, Lavant, Chichester

Nestled in the heart of West Lavant countryside just inside the National Park, Old Root House is a recently converted 200 year old flint and brick Sussex Barn, and becomes available to rent for the first time in 2015. From the living room you can open up the French windows to get to a small garden and enjoy the warm summer air with a glass of something bubbly.

‘Old Root House' has three bedrooms. Two twin rooms (3 ft single beds) , one can be set up as doubles upon request and a master kingsize bedroom with shower en-suite.

With another family bathroom there are plenty of facilities for everyone. Parking is on site and there is room for a couple of cars should you need it.
