The space
Arrival is through the Reception Hall where high ceilings, a grand staircase, bar and roaring log burner add to your stately entrance. Double doors open into the huge Drawing Room, where an intimate ambience can be conjured with low level lighting and big sofas gathered around the large fireplace. Another double door leads into the kitchen, equipped with all modern conveniences and flowing into the adjacent dining room. A breakfast table to the side is perfect for a relaxed breakfast or feeding children, before enjoying a grown-up evening around the large extendable dining table. A big screen Smart TV with DVD player rises from a wall cabinet, allowing for kids to enjoy a film or two while the adult members of your party can relax in the deep sofas next door.
The first floor offers a Master Bedroom with super king zip-link bed, Smart TV/DVD and stunning views south. It also features a large en-suite bathroom with panelled double end bath, separate shower and the same amazing vista. Bedroom 2 with a king size bed offers further southerly views, and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom 5 is another super king and leads into Bedroom 3, a huge semi-circular room with twin beds – a perfect setup for families with ample space for little ones to play. Bedroom 4 is a super king size; sage green walls and a dark wood bed frame gives a cosy hunting lodge feel. There is also a shared family bathroom between Bedroom 4 and 5. The main house sleeps a total of 10 guests.
Next to the main house, Yew Cottage is a detached one-bed annexe with its own kitchen, sitting room and en-suite walk-in shower leading from the super king size zip-link bedroom. If required there is a day bed with additional pull-out in the sitting room creating a king size bed when pushed together, increasing capacity to 4 in the cottage.
In one of the outbuildings, there is a new double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
So the house can accommodate up to 16 people.
A superb games room in one of the outbuildings offers table tennis, darts, snooker table, gym, small kitchen.

There are extensive grounds to discover, including a woodland nature trail around the estate. The front lawn looks out over the panoramic views to Chichester and the coast, the perfect setting for a relaxed BBQ or more formal al-fresco entertaining.
