After entering into the spacious hallway, the ground floor has two very comfortable sitting rooms. The stylish kitchen mixes the charm and character of a period property with many of the modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine and a SMEG fridge/freezer.
One of the sitting rooms overlooks the well landscaped garden and old amptheatre/ park grounds beyond. This garden is a wonderful contemporary retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, with a snug at the end of the garden perfect to relax after a day of shopping with a good book.
Located just yards from the main shopping streets of Chichester, Hollies House is ideal for groups of friends or families wishing to enjoy all the historic city and the surrounding area has to offer. You can enjoy a spot of retail therapy, an evening meal at one of Chichester selection of restaurants or visit one of the many local events and attractions. There is so much to see and do and it is all within such easy reach.

The history of Chichester dates back to beyond Roman times, but it is perhaps now most famous for its imposing cathedral, which itself is over 1,000 years old. The renowned Chichester Festival Theatre is also just a short walk away, which offers a great selection of shows throughout the year.
Other local attractions include the Goodwood Estate, known around the world for both its horse racing and the Glorious Goodwood week, as well as its motor racing events that include the Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival. One of the best beached on the south coast is located at West Wittering, to the south of Chichester. With the excellent road and rail links, it is also easy to visit the cities of Portsmouth, famous as being home to the Royal Navy, and Brighton, which has a wonderful array of shops and bars. London is also less than 2 hours away, with direct trains from Chichester to London Victoria.
