Our delightful home provides a lovely space to relax and enjoy your stay. Set within an 85-acre park close to the city, it’s peaceful and quiet while still being very convenient.
There is a great café in the park, just a 2-minute walk away. Alternatively, if you prefer to cook breakfast at home before heading out for the day, we can provide a breakfast pack made with locally sourced ingredients. This is available at an additional cost of £9.50 per person. Just let me know how many people you'd like to cater for and how many days.
Bedroom one has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a beautiful emperor four-poster bed. Fresh white linen and towels are provided.
Beach towels can also be provided on request.
There is constant hot water, so there is no need to worry about switching anything on.
If you’re visiting for a Goodwood event, getting there is really easy. There is a bus stop in the park, just a 1-minute walk from the house, and the bus will take you to the train station, where you can pick up the free Goodwood event bus. Alternatively, the station is around a 30-minute walk away, or you can of course drive, although traffic can be very heavy on event days.

Pets are allowed at the property, but strictly on enquiry only. Please contact us before booking if you would like to bring a pet, so we can confirm whether this is suitable for your stay.

There is a bike store next to the house. However, please bring a good lock as this has public access.
Chichester is a beautiful historic city with plenty to see and do, from its stunning cathedral and charming streets to independent shops, cafés, restaurants and galleries. The city centre is just a short walk away, while the surrounding area offers beautiful countryside, beaches and plenty of places to explore. With Goodwood also nearby, it’s a great base for enjoying everything the area has to offer, whether you’re looking for a relaxing break, a bit of culture or some outdoor adventures.
