The space has been thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a stress free self catering stay, including an air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, American style fridge freezer, microwave, and toaster. There is also a cosy seating area perfect for breakfast or a quiet coffee.

Adjacent is the spacious dining room, with ample seating for eight and a lovely outlook onto the sunny rear garden. This room also houses a home gym, with equipment available for guest use. From here, you'll also find access to the downstairs shower room and a utility room, complete with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs to the first floor, the large sitting room is the heart of the home, comfortably furnished with seating positioned to take full advantage of the water views. Bi-fold doors open onto a front facing balcony, where you can enjoy evening sunshine and a glass of wine. In cooler months, a wood burner is available tor guests to use.

Also on this floor is the first of four bedrooms, a lovely double room with access to an east facing rear balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

The top floor features the master bedroom with a king-size bed, elegant chaise longue and a high window seat overlooking the water, ideal for soaking in the view with a book. To the rear is a twin room and a bunk room, located next the family bathroom.

The rear garden offers ample seating for dining al fresco or simply enjoying the fresh air. The rear balcony can also be accessed from here. At the front of the property, there is parking available for two cars.

This beautiful home is positioned on The Millpond in Emsworth which is a lovely village right on the Hampshire/Sussex boarder. From the house you can follow the water into the village by car on or foot within a couple minutes. The village itself is fantastic and packed with local independent shops, bakery, cafes, restaurants and pubs. If you want a real treat book yourself a table at Fat Olives, the food is out of this world! For a fabulous Sunday lunch or more casual dining the Kings Arms is within walking distance too.

For a great day out you can easily reach Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or The Weald and Downland, home of BBC's The Repair Shop, both places are great fun for any age group. There is outlet shopping, cinema complex and bowling at GunWharf Quays which you can easily reach by car or train from Emsworth. For something a little different you can book seal watching boat trips from Hayling Island or hire kayaks from Emsworth Marina.

Access to the races and Goodwood Motor Circuit is really easy from Emsworth making Millpond House the perfect location for when you are attending The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood or The Revival.
